(by electric telegraph.— copyrighb.) London, June 19. President Haiuuson desires that there shall be only one representative for thG whole of Australia at the Monetary Conference in Washington. Mr Dibbs says this is impossible, but he thinks New South Wales ought to join the conference, giving their delegate a watching brief, as ho will be unable to attend himself.
