LICENSING COMMITTEE.
BOROUGTI of iiamilotn. The annual meeting of tliQ Hamilton Licensing Committee was held in the Court House at noon on Saturday. The Commissioners present were Messrs George Kdgecnmbe (chairman), J. S. Edgecumbe, H. M. Salmon and Ft. F. Sandes. Mr T. Kirk acted as clerk, and Constable Murray represented the police. RENEWALS. Commercial Hotel. P. J. Bright Police report favourable. Renewal granted. Hamilton Hotel. S. Gwynne—Police report favourable. Renewal granted. WaiUato H"tal, P. LeQuesne— Police report favourable. Renewal granted. APPLICATION FOR LICENSE. Royal Hotel, T. Buxton. The license of this house was transferred to T. Buxton from A. Schultze in September last. Mr Hav appeared for the applicant, to whom the license was granted.
