READJUSTMENT? OF PORTFOLIOS. (by tei.kohaph—own coiuu-sro.xnKNT). Wklunqton, Last Night. The following reudjiietmimt of portfolios has finally been aßreed to by the Cabinet: — Mr J. Ballance—Premier, Colonial Treasurer, Commissioner of Customs, .Stumps, Government Insurance, and the Public Trust Office. Sir I\ Buckley—Colonial Secretary and Attorney-General. Mr R. Seddon—Public Works, Defence, and Marine. Mr W. P. Reeves—Education, Labour, and Hospitai and Charitable Aid. Mr JnhnMcKenzie—Lands, Agricilture, and Native Lands Purchase. Mr Cadman —Native Affairs and Justice. Mr Cadinan also takes charge of all legislation affecting the native race. Mr Ward—Postmaster-General. Mr Carroll—Member of the Executive representing the native race.
