(BY ELECTRIC TELKGRAPH.— COPYRIGHT). San Francisco, April 21. The heaviest earthquake over oxporiencedhero was felt yesterday. The shock lasted three minutes. Later. The earthquake was tho worst ever experienced in the Sacramento Valley, and hundreds of houses were burned owing to the capsizing of stoves. The loss is estimated at a million dollars.
