Later. Nicbol, the editor, and Mowbruy, the publisher of the Anarchist paper Commonwealth, have been arrested on a charge of inciting the murder of Mill. Matthews, Home Secretary, and Sir H. Hawkins, Judgo of the High Court of Justice. Both accused were remanded in custody. The Anarchists propose to hold a demonstration in Hyde Park on Monday in sympathy with the Walsail Anarchists. April 21. Mowbray, the publisher of Commonwealth, was arrested four liouri after the death of his wifo. Ho has a young faruily, and bail was refused, though he was granted permission to attend the funeral in custody. Nichols, the editor, when arrested declared he was responsible for the article, and that the publisher was unaware of its contents. Paris, April 21. The Executive Committee of the French Labour Demonstration on May Day has issued a ferocious mani festo. The Anarchists in Lyons issue a manifesto threatening to kill the bourgeoisie. The authorities are experiencing a difficulty in finding judges to take the trial of Eavachal, the leader of the Anarchists. Berlin, April 21. The stringency of the German laws against Anarchists is being increased Madrid. April 21. Minor Anarchist outrages in Spain continue.
