It is suspected that Manoz, the Anarchists, concocted the attempt to destroy the Chamber of Deputies by means of dynamite, and having made a dupe of the Anarchists Club, informed the policc of the plot. Auril 1 I • A bomb was exploded at Valencia, but no harm was done. Paris, April 14. Jude Althlin has decided that Gustavo Matthieu is not implicated in the dynamite explosions in Paris. All the European Governments are taking stringent measures to repress disorder on May-day.
