(BY TELEGRAPH.— OWN CORRESPONDENT). Auckland, Last Night. Major W. S. Tisdall, who served during the Waikato war, and was for several years past Government auditor at Auckland, died suddenly thio morning at Parnell, from an apoplexy seizure. He was aged 02. The Major was auditing the Parnell Borough Council accounts yeßterday aftprnoon, when he took a fit, and never recovered consciousness. Deceased joined the second Waikato Regiment in 1863, and subsequently joined the Armed Constabulary-
