There is so much interest excited in England over tho case that, fully a column of tho proceedings r.f (Ik; inquest has been cabled daily to the papers thero. London. April .3. The police do not believe that Deeming was in Johannesburg at tho time of the other murders. Tho police consider that there is not, the slightest ground for the renewed stories connecting Dooming with the Wuitcchapel murders, or any event in A England between his departure in BSS and his arrival in September, 1889. Many swindles in all niiris of the country have been wrongly attributed to him,
