ELECTIONS IN JAPAN.
SERIOUS RIOTS. (BY KLECTRIO TELEGRAPH.— COPYRIGHT.) Hong Kong, March 15. At the general elections in Japan, the Government secured the majority of seats. The contest was carried out with groat warmth, and serious riots wort-; of frequent oocurrenee, twenty persons being killed and one hundred and twenty wounded.
