(BY KLKCTMO TELKGKAPH.—COPYRIGHT). Adelaide, March 14. The Commission appointed to enquire into the causes and prevention of red rust in wheat have finished their work. They recommend early sowing and the cultivation of nnrly ripening wheat; the harvesting ot rust-infected crops in the early stages, and the growing of whe.it after crops of a different order, agreeably to the true principles of rotation. Tna Commission also propose the establishment of central stations in each colony, to test new wheats introduced into the country.
