McNICOL. PRELIMINARY NOTICE. The undersigned have been favoured with instructions from Mr Geo. H. Lee to offer for sale by public anchor, at Te Puke, about the middle of March (date to be fixed in future issue), THE WHOLE OF HIS VALUABLE PROPERTY at Te Puke, being Sections 33, 34, 35, 36, and part of 21, Block 2, Maketu Survey District, /40 acres. . This will be divided into two farms ot about 370 acres each, sub-divided into 12 paddocks. 100 acres in each farm are well grassed upland, the balance is drained swamp, 250 acres of which are in good grass, the remainder flax and tutu land, drained, but not cleared. There is a good dwelling on each farm of 11 and 8 rooms respectively, with garden and good orchard, together with sheep-yards, stable, dairy, wash-house, &c. The property is bounded by the rivers Kaituna and Waiari. On the banks of the latter is erected a grain shed, to which a steamer runs fortnightly, taking produce to Auckland. Also, Section 17, Block V., M.S.D., 987 acres, fenced and divided into hve paddocks, all well watered. This will be offered in one lot, or iu two farms of about 500 acres each.
