HAMILTON DOMAIN BOARD.

At the monthly meeting of the Hamilton Domain Board held on Tuesday evening lhere were present, Messrs Coates (chairman), Salmon, Bell, Scott, Wood, and Sandes. Pavilion.— The Clerk reported that he had received £3 0s Gd in aid of painting the ] pavilion which is now completed. The cost of the work was £7 9s, of which £3 lis (id was for labour, and £3 17s Gd for material. In addition to the monetary donations, sevoral donations of material and labour were also given. Tho building had been insured for £75 the premium being 9s 9d. Arrears. — The Chairman stated that he had received a communication from the Auditor General as to the large amount of rents due. He had had the following list drawn up of those who were over eighteen months in arrears at December 31at, 1891: —F. vou Stunner, years' arrears, £21 8s 9d; M. Kieley, 3 years, £8 17s 6d; W. Cussen, 2i years, £12 15s lOd ; W. Cussen, 14 years, £12 16s lOd; W. Cussen. 1_ years, £1 lis ; W. H. Kelly, 2J years, £8 7s fid ; B. Murray, 2 years, £10 3s ; John Dixon, 2 years, £!). The Clerk was instructed to request all parties holding leases from the Domain Board to complete their leases, and that one month's notice of the Board a intention to re-enter be given to those who refuse.
