A GHASTLY DISCOVERY.
(BY KLKCTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYHIOHT). Melbourne, March 3. A tragedy has been unearthed at Windsor, where the decomposed body of a woman has been found under a hearth stone in an unoccupied cottage. A toolmnker rented the place six weeks ago, but never occupied it.
