A SEVERE BLIZZARD. (HT ELKCTBIO TELEGRAPH.—COPYRtGHT). St. John , , March 1. A blizzard drove off the Newfoundland coast a number of fishing smacks, containing in the aggregate 220 perfon*. Thirteen wore frozen to death, and fifty-fivi! badly frost-bitten, and it is feared that the remainder have perished.
