to the Secretary within ten minutes after the race, accompanied by £1 Is, which shall be forfeited to the Club if the protest is dismissed. The Stewards' decision to be final. The colours of riders must be sent in with entries. Jockeys not riding in the colours entered will be tiued £1 Is. No nomination or acceptance will be received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without being accompanied by the uecessary amount of cash.
