FRUIT CIRCULAR. The N.nv Zadinl Lom i>nd M.n'ji utile Agency Company rioort urul-r dnt s : Auckland, lOch Ftibr.iary, IS9l.—Duke of Westminster: Tlio agents now inform us that this st'ii'iisi' cannot bj hero till 20th inst., so that hli« will not be taking in (!tr.;o earlier than Monday, 22ud. Tainui • Although we have been endeavouring to get the agents to bring this vessel to Auckland, making this her final port of departure on sth, we fear they cannot arrange it. If not she will be leaving Welligton on above date, and should reich London the second wesk in April, n foitnight enrlier than the Duke of Westminster. Under the circumstances, although we deprecate shipping fruit coastwise, we think our friends will do better to forward theirs by the Tainui, thus reaching the earlier market in London. We must, however, receive immediate notice of the quantities to be shipped, in order that we may engage space by telegraph, as southern dairy produce shippers are fast taking up the available cool chamber space. Any shipments intended for the Tainui will require to ha in Auckland before 10 a.m., on Thursday, 25th inst., to catch the southern steamer on that date.
