There are several matters of importance including those relating to tiiiiince, which could more readily be adjusted by the presence of the Premier in London than by correspondence. Loxnov, February 4. The Western Australian loan is regarded with indifference in the city, but that it will be successfully floated is looked upon as almost certain. The Government of the colony wished to apply for half-a-million, but the bank declined to take the matter in hand with that sum.
