9- . (BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Thursday. The inquest on thoyistiins of tha Pahiabua poisoning case, which was to hava been resumed to-morrow, has been further , adjourned for a fortnight, as a number of the principal witnesses are not sufficiently recovered to give testimony. Inspector Thomson and Detective Herbert are still in the district. The rumour that poison was contained in the lamb eaton is generally discredited.
