A MA.X STABBED. (BY TKLEGKAPH.— I'KESS ASSOCIATION.) Naimek, Last Night. Last night about 11 p.m. a man named Michael Slaviu stabbed a man named Samuel lioberlsoit in the groin with a pocket knife. Constable O'Connor who was close by at the time arrested Slaviu. The injured mini was at once attended to by a doe-tor, and subsequently taken to the Hospital whore he died shortly afler 1 o'clock to-day. Both men were considerably under the influence of liquout at the time. Later. Deceased was a sailor, aged -10. Michael Slavin, who was charged with wilful murder at the Police Court today was remanded till Monday. lie is a station hand aged 51 i.
