Runaway Awiientr'k.—A boy named Anderson was arrested at W:\irangi on the 2(Jth inst. by Constable White, for running away frotr Mr Georgo Foster, bootmaker, Auckland, t<) whom ho wa* apprenticed. Anderson was conveyed to Muntly, a-nd nn Saturday ha was transferred to Auckland in charge of Constable Berriman. Conckrt.- (rreat preparations are being made for the school children's concert to be held here on December 11th. It promises to bp a great success. The younpaters ara practising with avid ity.
