M. DE GIERS' VISIT TO BEKLIX. (nv RLKcrmc TRLiroKArir. —coptmght.) Paris, November 24. The visit of M. do Giors, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, has evoked little enthusiasin in Paris. The object of M. do Oievs' visit to Berlin is to allay the feelings of the Emperor Willmin, and to pave the way for improved relations between Russia and Germany.
