Waikato and Piako. Prize, pure love and affection. CONDITIONS. I. Three to start or no race. 2. Competitors entering for Nos. 3, 5, 11, 12, and 16 to be subscribers of not less than 2s 6d to the funds ; to be paid at entry. 3. Entries for Nos. 1, 3, 5, 7, 11, 12, and 16 to be left with the .Secretary, Hamilton, on or before the 17th December, at 6 p.m., with performances and entrance money enclosed: Handicaps will appear in The Waikato Times of 19th December, 1891. 4. All other events post entries. 5. Protests to be lodged with the secretary within 15 minutes after conclusion of event, together with a deposit of 10a, which deposit will be forfeited to the funds if protest is not sustained. The decision of the stewards to be final. 6. No horses to be admitted to the course except competitors, and only then during the Tilting in the Ring and Cigar and Umbrella Race, and after each event they must be removed from the course. 7. Competitors failing to send true and particular account of performances will be disqualified. 8. Five per cent to be deducted from all winnings over 20s, to go to Pavilion Fund. 9. First race to start at 11.30 a.m. As a temperance booth is provided, uo hawking will be allowed on the course. Admission to Sqitake : Adults, Is; children under 12, free, Subscribers of 10s Cd and upwards will receive free tickets of admission for family on application to the secretary. Vehicles, 2s 6d extra.
