ADVANCE WAIKATO.
TO THE EDITOR. Sib,— To-day (.Saturday, 14th November) Mr Wm. Kennedy Carter disposed of his property at Gwyunelunds (12-t.i. lr.) at £10 10s per acrp to the purchaser of Mr Buckland's prnporty of 333 acres at the same price (t'lo 10s per acre), now making a compact property of folly l">7 acres. This surely is a Rood sign when men of moans are investing their money in Waikato lands, in spito of all its detractors are doing in running it dewn. Hoping Mr Tutchen may live long an onjoy his purchase.—Yours, &c, Cambridge. Cambridge, Waikato.
