SALE OF LAND AND UNRESERVED CLEARING SALE OK LIVE & DEAD STOCK, FURNITURE, ETC., AT MANAWARU, NEAR TE AROHA, OK Thursday, 19th November, 1891, At 11 a.m. sharp (To close an account). The undersigned has received instructions from E. W. Hanmer, Esq., to sell by public auction, on above date, on the Farm, THE FREEHOLD OF THE TE AROHA ESTATE (situated within five miles of Te Aroha), which consists of: \ N IMPROVED FARM OF 1136 JTjl acres, 3 rood--, 38 perches, all sub-divided into convenient-sized Paddocks, fenced with posts and wire, and laid down in English grasses. There is a Good J\iue-roomed House overlooking the River Waihou, with Kitchen Garden, Lawn, and Orchard adjoining. The Stabling provides accommodation for eleven horses, with Harness-room attached, and there is a large Barn, with Rat-proof Granary, Implement Shed, Cowshed, Stockyard, Sheep-yards, etc., etc. A BLOCK of 2 9S7a Or. 3p., partially sub divided by large drains and fences, and partially laid down in English grasses. The unimproved portion is good alluvial swamp land, which is easily drained and brought under cultivation, and in its present condition is capable of carrying a fair number of stock. The greitcr portion may be brought in by burning olf and surface-sowing, and as the main drains have been made and deepened, the work of arterial drainage is comparatively light. The improvements already effected will clearly show to purchasers, the ready response this land will give when taken in hand. Sheep and cattle have been running on the improved portion, and their condition has always shown, that it is undoubtedly very healthy country for both. A BLOCK, containing 3153 a. 2r. 3i*. with five miles of frontage to the river tVaihou, or Thames. It, is partially fenced, and is similar country to the land described abo-e, but with the exception of several miles of fencing nothing has been done to it.
