Tlißy led round to the turn Flinders whipping in. Rojefeldt then took command, and a mile from home was in front, Cajolery second, Lobel and Morpheus running three lengths away, Flinders and Florrie bringing up the rear. At the six furlongs post Rosefeldt wis still in front with Cajolery seond, and Lebel third. In the next furlong Morpheas came up third, Rosßfeldt and Cajolery leading. Roaefeldt led into tho etraight Cajolery and Lebel ne\t, Flinders and Flnrrie coining up, and at the distance Lfibel, Florrie, and Flinders were together, Lebel appearing to have the best of it, but Florrie came with a run and won easily by a length and a-half from Lebel, Flinders third.
