Mn John' McNicol's first annual sals of stud and flock Linccln rams will be held at the wool-shod, Lochiel, Ohaupo, at 1 o'clock to-morrow. These sheep are all of Mr McNicol's own breeding, and a full history of the Lochiel flock given in the catalogues of the salo will be found of especial interest by breedeis. The stud sheep for sale are all of first-class quality, being the progeny of rmns bred by Messrs .Sutton, Southland ; Tanner, Hawke's Bay, and Soddon, of Knighton, Hamilton. Every arrangement for the convenience of clients has been made by Mr McNicol, and luncheon will be provided at the yards. It is Mr McNicol's intention to hold these sales annually, and we have no donbt but that the superior quality of the sheep to be offered to-morrow will establish the success of the future sales. One very important feature in the sale, we may mention, is that all the lots will ba put up without the slightest reserve.
