These sheep will bo found of first-class quality, being as well bred as anything in the colony. They are by rams bred by E. McLean, Esq., J. B. Sut.ton, of Thornbury, Southland, and Thomas Tauner, of Hawke's Bay. They are well grown, and in fair healthy condition, not having been pampered or fed for show purposes, but have been reared in a natural and healthy state on grass paddocks, and in consequence will do better service than if they had been forced by unnatural feeding.
