Teti'okd is a half brother to St. James, who won the Dunedin Cup and ran second in the Exhibition Cup. St. James is by Leolinus, out of Pungawerewere, and is a half brother to Crackshot, who won the Wellington Cup and Auckland Cup, and who stands it the head of winners for this season in New Zealand; so all out of bis dam can gallop. Tetford won Wanyanui Cup, beating Waitiri, Silence, l'asha, Libeller, and other good horses; beat same horses next day in Wanganui Stakes, mile aud a-half (Ost 71bs in the saddle). Won Free Handicap, one mile, Plate Handicap and Flying Handicap Thames Meeting; won Victoria Haudi cap, one mile and a distance, in lmin. SS-J sees., beating Antelope and eight others, at tho Auckland Summer Meeting. Tktkord should get first p.laßa r.imhoraes, horses fit for Indian mount, or good weight-carriers, he being a very pretty horse himself. Terms: Single Marcs, -I sruincas; two or more, 3} guineas.
