These sheep will be found of first-class quality, being as well bred as anything in the colony. They lire by rams bred by E. McLean, Esq-, J, B. Sutton, of Thornbury, Southland, and Thomas Tanner, of Hawke's Bay. They arc well grown, and in fair healthy condition, not having been pampered or fed for show purposes, but have been reared in a natural and healthy state on grass paddocks, and in consequence will do better service than if they had been forced by unnatural feeding.
