Windsor in tho Hurdle Race at the late HunD Clnb meeting, find in view of tho ntatements made m the letter it is clearly tho duty of tiie owner of Fisherboy or hi 3 rider to ask tho stewards of the Hunt Club to hold fin enquiry into the matter.
