Soaring an attack by the mob on the arrival of the corpse in Dublin, none of tne followers of Mr Justin McCarthy attended. Many of the public bodies in Ireland have carried motions expressing symoathv and regret at the death of Pan'iell." It is announced that the Chicago Irish decline to recognise as leader of the party any of those who took u prominent part in the late crusade •gainst the deceased.
