Any jockey not being weighed out at least 10 minutes before the said advertised time, will be fined in a sum not less than 2 sovs., and not exeeediug 10 sovs. Every trainer not having his horse at the post, ready to start, at that time, may be fined a sum not exceeding 10 sovs. Special attention of owners, trainers, and jockeys is directed to the above rule, which will be strictly enforced.
