A pan of crossbred ewes and lambs brought losOd tliecouplo; store lionets, 10s lid each ; fat sheep advanced in price from 2s to 3s each ; wethers worn at 3jd tlio lb ; crossbred wethers brought l'Js to liL's each ; lambs, plentiful, mostly brought (rum 9s to liis each ; inferior, from (is (id upwards ; pigs in larger number than for several weeks, were required ; well-bred porkers averaged 245, or fully 2!d tlio lb ; large coarse pies were dull of sale.
