RUSSIAN NEWS.
LIBERAL AGITATION. THE CONQUEST OF INDIA. (BY ELECTRIC TKLKGIIAFH. —COI'VHIGHT.) St. Petkksbukg, September 20. It is alleged that the Russian police are secretly propagating a Liberal agitation in Poland and Lithuria, in order to give the Government an op-port-unity of using oppressive meaSIUM. The Nevasti declares that the Empire of Russia is already too extensive to desire the conquest of India, and urges the British Government to enter into a definite agreement of amity.
