St. James is by Leolinus, out of Pungawerewere, and is a half brother to Crackshot, who won the Wellington Cup and Auckland_ Cup, and who stands *t the head of winners for this seaaon in New Zealand; so all out of his dam can gallop. Tkttord won Wanganui Cup, beating Waitiri, Silence, Pasha, Libeller, and other good horses; beat same horses next day in Wanganui Stakes, mile and a-half (9st 71bs iu the saddle). Won Free Handicap, one mile, Plate Handicap and Flyiug Handicap at Thames Meeting; won Victoria Handicap, one mile and a distance, in Imin. 58A sees., beating Antelope and eight others, at the Auckland SumineMeeting. Tktforu should get first class racehorses, horses fit for Indian mount, or good weight-carriers, he being a very pretty horse himself. Terms : Single Mares, 4 guineas ; two or more, guineas. Tetford has been limited to sixty mares. I will take charge of mares at Morrinsville, and return them free of charge, if a telegram is sent beforehand.
