SERVIA & AUSTRIA.

After a brief visit the latter joins his father at Munich, and the two then proceed to Paris. There is much comment at the action of the King of Servia when in St. Petersburg refusing to receive a deputation from Bulgaria on the grounds that the country is unfavourable to the Czar.
