HAMILTON LIBRARY.

TO Till-'. HIIITOH. Silt,— I notice in your last issue what I consider :in unprovoked attack upon the lady who acts as librarian to tho above library. Will you allow me to say, as a regular visitor to the library, that I never saw it closed so oirly or opened so late as your correspondent states, and also that I, as woll as all other visitors and subscribers that I have seen, have invariably met with the greatest courtesy and attention. I would suggest to your correspondent that it would be ir.ore manly if he has any complaint to make, to make it to the secretary of tho Library Committoo than attack a lady anonymously through the Press. —I aw, &c., Faiii Pi.av.
