THE PAKURANGA HOUNDS.
The meot of the Pakuranga hounds on Saturday took place at GwynneUnda, thore being a good number present, inelud- ■ tiur several ladies. We noticed Messrs Webster, on Freshliold; Kelly, on Piny Boy; Henwaod, on Muscatelle ; Turnbull, on Onslow ; Rio, on Costley ; Hannu, on Archie.; Collins, on Mountain Maid; Woatherill, on Fisherboy; Dixon, on a bay ; Pickering, on an Ingoinar filly ; H, Weal, on Jangler; S. Walker, on a Capapie; (!anp, on Dainty; Fletcher, on a chestnut; Thornton, Bach, J. Browne, K. Brown and Craig. After a, short run after a hare, a drag was laid through Forrest's, Carter's (old racecourse) and Gwyunelauds. The dogs run the scent well, and the jumps, mostly rails and thorn hedges, were all well taken. Messrs Turubull and lieuwood were the first in,
