The Bankruptcy Court, in camera today, decided that ?>li" l'antell was domiciled in England, and conse quoiitly would be declared a. bankrupt unless" he forthwith pays the costs of Captain U'Sheu in the divorce proceedings. July 30. Messrs Dillon and O'Brien have been released from prison, Mr John Dillon was ptesented with an address on his release from prison, and in replying he declared llmt be would not. support Mr Parnell as leader of the Irish party, and would oppose the Liberals unless he was satisfied with the policy respecting Home liule. Mr O'Brien concurred wi'h Mr Dillon's remarks.
