Tim lierlin correspondent of the Times telegraplis that King Charles of Koumania will shortly meet the Prince of Wales for the purpose of arranging the betrothal of Prince Ferdinand (his nephew), heir presumptive to the Roumanian throne, with the daughter of the Duke of Edinburgh. The Neue Freie Presse. of Vienna, also states that King Charles will shortly visit England, but says it in to arrange the betrothal of Prince Ferdinand to the daughter of the Prince of Wales.
