HAMILTON DOMAIN BOARD.
The monthly mooting of the Hamilton Domain Board was held on Tuesday evening. Prosent: Messrs Coates (in tho chair), Tippen, 15:11, Keid, Slade. Wuod, Scott, I'arr, and .Tones. Latiiyhus Sir.vKsi'Ris.— A packet of this new fodder seed was sent by Uie secretary for Crown Lands, accompanied by a circular similar to the one referred to at a recent meeting of tho Cambridge Domain Board. —The foreman of works agreed lo tako over the seed and attend to it, and it was accordingly handed over to him. Lots 11) and L'O.—These lots, formerly occupied by Wong ljuen, being now vacant, the clerk was instructed to put them up for lease by auction, at an upset price of 17 10s per year. Report.—The committee, appointed to deal with an application to have leaseholds put under the improvement clauses, reported that the request of the applicants should bo favourably considered by the Boar J, provided that these tenants consent to a clause being inserted in their leases compelling them to keep all furze, briar, and bramble grubbed up and eradicated upon their leaseholds and upon the roads up to the middle line fronting tho said properties.—Tho report was received and adopted. _______—_—i I
