HILL V. WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL.
(BY TELBURAPH— owy uokkkspondknt.) Auckland, List Night, At the Supreme Court tu-day, in the case Hill v. Waikato County Council, an application was made by Mr Tola for timo to give notice, the statutory limitation of time having expired. Mr Hsskoth, for the council said lie did not oppose the application, and left the matter entirely in tho hands of the Judge. Hi# Honour granted the application for time, subject to the applicant paying £2 !2s costs.
