(BY KI-KCTWC TKLKGIUI'H — COPYRIGHT.) London, July 1. A kehious disturbance took place at Folkestone to-day between soldiern and police. The latter were in tlio act of arresting a woman charged witli ail oft'enco, when the soldiers interfered, cleared the streets and threatened to destroy the Town Hall. The police were reinforced from ShoruclifFc, distant l.j miles from Folkestone, and using their swords, were successful iu restoring order. Forty of the soldiers were arrested.
