McCAHTHY v. SUTIIEHLAKI) AND POTTER. —This case was adjourned till next Court day. AfTIUATION Case. — James Ilinsdale was summoned for the support of his illegitimate child of whom Matilda Hall was the mother. Mr Oyer appeared for the plaiutiff, the defeudant did not appear. Letters wAYe produced in which the defendant admitted tho parentage of the child. An order was mado that he pay (js per week towards its support, and cost &f conliuernent, ill, and Court costs, £'1 7s.
