Thames Valley Land Company, Limited, for duungo done to a culvert worth fci 10s. Mr Hay appeared for the plaintiff and Mr O Xei I for the defendants who pleaded not guilty. Considerable ovidence was given by the plaintiff and Air O'Neil raised several points oil which the cas3 should be dismissed, and His Worship reserved judgment until next Court day, The prisoners were released till that day. Another charge against the samo prisoners was adjourned until the Uth duly at 10 a.m. Stkadjian" v. A. Co.n-xoi.lv.—Claim, £5 10s. Judgement for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs, 10s.
