HAMILTON LIGHT INFANTRY.
This company, together with its tine drum and fife band, under Bandmaster Mclvenzie, paraded at the drill shed, under Captain Reid and Lieutenants Kirk and Dyer, at eleven o'clock yesterday morning. There were over -10 of all ranks on parade, and considering; that there are only . r >o on the roll of the company, and that many of the members live outside the town, this is a very creditable muster. After falling in at the hall, the company, headed by the band, marched into the paddock adjoining, where a number of evolutions were gone through in a very creditable manner. At noon the company was formed in line, and the feu do joie was fired in honour of the seventysecond birthday of Her Most (iracious Majesty Queen Victoria, after which the band played the National Anthem, during which tho company sainted, and then three cheers were piven for Her Majesty.
