The Grand Jury at New Orleans lias refused to indict those alleged to he connected with the lynching of the Sicilians. In their report Ihey state they have discovered many efforts to bribe the jury who tried the Sicilians for the murder of Chief- Detective Ilenncssy; also that half of the original jury desired to convict the Sicilians, and that nine of the victims of tho lynching were naturalised American citizens. Tin; Grand Jury further report that the lynching invoked the entire city, and therefore il was dillicult to lis on anyone as specially guilty. AV'ASlttXfiTo.v, May (i.
