The disturbaueos at Ponnsvlvani.i. continue, and desperate mobs are parading the streets. Washington, April 21.

Scotsdale, in Pennsylvania, is in a statu of anarchy. A desperate mob has surrounded ilm works, firing guns and explodiug bombs. The sheriff is powerless until tile troops arrive.
