FOOTBALL.
Thk anuual meeting of the l'atcrangi Football Club was held on Friday evening. The following officers were elected : —President: W. Macky, Esq. VicePresidents: Messrs Germann, Bowden, J. H. Scott, and Worslcy. Secretary and Treasurer: W. G. Macky. Committee : Messrs Macfarlane, Corboy, Gifford, Reid, F. Bowden, and J. J. Bybum. It was dccided to join the Auckland Rugby Union. The captain will be elected at the first practice match, which will be played against Whatiwhatihoe at Alexandra on the 23th inst. The Paterangi team will be picked from the following :-Lewis, Cruickshank, Macfarlane, Ryburn (2), Bowden ('-), Gifford, Corboy. Ratima, Gage, Livingston, Goblc, Rcid, May, Burton, Aubin, Richdale and llauky.
