Ik the House of Commons, to-day, Mr Maurice Hciily challenged Mr Purnell to resign his sent for Cork, and give the constituency an opportunity of pronouncing an opinion on the question nt issue; b<!tw(ien tin; two Hcctions of the Irish ]mrty. The challenge was made with warmth, nud Mr Healy declared, that Air Purnell wiih unfit to speak for Cork on public questions. Mr Parnell remained silent throughout the attack, which has caused a profound sensation, April IN. Mr Parnell has issued a. manifesto in which ho recounts the; history of the Lund League, and accuses tin; antiPnrnell party of attempting to wrest the national lands from them, and make Englishmen arbiters of Ireland's destinies. He calls upon members of An convention to reorganise it. Mr Parnell has released l'3ood of the Land League funds, which were deposited in a bank in Paris.
