The Marquis de Rudini, Premier, says that the New Orleans incident will not be closed until tho United States Government has explicitly declared that the lynchers will be delivered up to justice. If it is found impossible to obtain a favourable solution, grave complications may arise, but it is impossible to anticipate such a result. Washixotox, April, 17. The press in all parts of ths United States uphold the stand taken by Mr J. G. Blaine, Secretary of State, with regard to the Italian demands in connection with the New Orleans lynching outrage. Most of the papers are sanguine that tho fall of the Itudini Ministry will be the outcome of Mr Blame's note.
